Growing Up is a focused, honest two-hour working session for owners who can feel the next stage coming — and want to be ready for it.

Led by Tommy Boyle, the workshop draws on more than 30 years advising business owners across every sector in Ireland. We work through the real decisions that determine whether a business scales cleanly or stalls: pricing and margin, sales pipeline, team structure, cash, and — most importantly — the shift the owner themselves has to make to lead a larger business.

Numbers are deliberately capped at 20 so every attendee gets airtime. Every participant also receives a private 30-minute one-to-one call with Tommy in the two weeks after the workshop — to apply what we covered directly to your business.
